These Terms govern your use of the Android apps published by Noonit ("we", "us"), including Picmoji - Photo emoji Keyboard and Tuckboard (the "Apps"). By downloading or using the Apps, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the Apps
The Apps are provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse the Apps, including by reverse engineering, interfering with their operation, or using them for any unlawful purpose.
2. Your content
You are responsible for the photos and content you use in the Apps. Do not use content that you do not have the right to use or that infringes the rights of others. You retain all rights to your content.
3. Advertising
The Apps display ads provided by third parties (Google AdMob). We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the websites they link to.
4. Intellectual property
The Apps, including their design, code, and trademarks (such as "Noonit"), are owned by Noonit and protected by applicable laws.
5. Disclaimer
The Apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Apps will be error-free or uninterrupted.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Noonit is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Apps.
7. Changes and termination
We may modify, suspend or discontinue the Apps or these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

본 약관은 누닛(Noonit, 이하 "개발자")이 배포하는 안드로이드 앱(Picmoji - Photo emoji Keyboard, Tuckboard 등, 이하 "앱")의 이용에 적용됩니다. 앱을 다운로드하거나 사용하면 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
1. 앱 이용
앱은 개인적·비상업적 용도로 무료 제공됩니다. 역설계, 정상적인 운영 방해, 불법적인 목적의 사용 등 앱을 부정하게 이용해서는 안 됩니다.
2. 이용자 콘텐츠
앱에서 사용하는 사진 및 콘텐츠에 대한 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다. 사용 권한이 없거나 타인의 권리를 침해하는 콘텐츠를 사용해서는 안 됩니다. 이용자의 콘텐츠에 대한 권리는 이용자에게 있습니다.
3. 광고
앱에는 제3자(Google AdMob)가 제공하는 광고가 표시됩니다. 개발자는 제3자 광고의 내용이나 광고가 연결하는 웹사이트에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.
4. 지식재산권
앱의 디자인, 코드 및 상표("Noonit" 등)에 대한 권리는 개발자에게 있으며 관련 법령에 의해 보호됩니다.
5. 보증의 부인
앱은 "있는 그대로" 제공되며, 개발자는 앱이 오류 없이 또는 중단 없이 작동함을 보증하지 않습니다.
6. 책임의 제한
관련 법령이 허용하는 최대 범위에서, 개발자는 앱 이용으로 발생한 간접적·부수적·결과적 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.
7. 변경 및 종료
개발자는 언제든지 앱 또는 본 약관을 변경·중단·종료할 수 있으며, 변경된 약관은 본 페이지에 게시합니다. 변경 후 계속 이용하면 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
8. 준거법
본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따릅니다.
